Oprah Winfrey is no stranger to plastic surgery.  From her before and after pictures it obvious that she had a nose job at a young age.  Before cosmetic surgery Oprah's nose was upturned and uneven.  The rhinoplasty literally pulled down the whole tip of the nose and the nostrils.
